Guangzhou NewFeel Laser Light & Lighting Equipment Co., Ltd. will make a good faith attempt to return the goods, if they believe they can resell, reuse, or recoup their investment, which went into the production and manufacturing of the purchased products.

NOTE that we do not offer refunds on software rental license options. Please take into consideration, that all sales of rental software, are final.

In a situation where a deposit is made on an order, and the subsequent order is put into production, please note such deposits are non-refundable, as these are custom manufactured products.

When returning goods back to Guangzhou NewFeel Laser Light & Lighting Equipment Co., Ltd., the buyer is obliged to return the goods undamaged and complete, in a condition appropriate to the time of use. Once we confirm via email that there is damage, that the product is defective, or that we sent the incorrect items, we will coordinate the return of the goods back to our headquarters, and facilitate an appropriate exchange. The return shipment is the burden of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

Once the damaged, defective or incorrect goods are received back by Guangzhou NewFeel Laser Light & Lighting Equipment Co., Ltd., we will coordinate the appropriate repair of the product, or a replacement of the product(s) back to the buyer. Replacement product(s) will be the same product originally purchased, or an agreed upon replacement (confirmed by both the buyer, and Guangzhou NewFeel Laser Light & Lighting Equipment Co., Ltd.,).

Return shipping and packaging costs to and from Guangzhou NewFeel Laser Light & Lighting Equipment Co., Ltd., are the burden of the buyer, unless otherwise specified and agreed.

Delivery and Shipping Charges to buyer are non-refundable once the items have been received, as documented with our approved shipping providers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, USPS, Cargo Partner, and subsequent shipping providers which may be used, as approved by Guangzhou NewFeel Laser Light & Lighting Equipment Co., Ltd.,).
